I worked as the Head of Marketing at Steuerbot. I began as the first marketing employee, assembled a small team, and managed to scale the app from 0 to 1 million active users and achieve eight-figure annual sales.
To get there, countless campaigns, A/B tests, and various growth strategies were necessary. What seems easy today was a tough battle back then. I wish someone had explained everything to me from the beginning.
Today i am consulting apps who are in the beginning of their journey exactly about these things.
